Runaway Farms is a full service boarding, breeding, and training facility located just west of Knoxville, Tennessee. Situated on 112 acres of rolling hills and woodlands just south of the Watts Bar Lake, Runaway Farms provides a beautiful and relaxing setting in which to ride, spend quality time with your horse, or to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Our goal at Runaway Farms is to keep all of the horses in our care as healthy and happy as they can be; regardless of whether they belong to us or to our clients. To this end, you will find that the facilities, the care we provide, and the way in which we do business will satisfy the expectations of the most discerning horses and horse owners! In addition, Runaway Farms offers training programs for the horse, riding lessons and clinics for the rider, and always has quality horses and ponies available for sale.

The motto of our sport pony breeding program is "Breeding performance ponies for the next generation of Olympic hopefuls". We breed for conformation, movement, temperament, and rideability so that our ponies can live up to this standard and take their child riders up through the levels in any of the Olympic disciplines; dressage, show jumping, or eventing. Our breeding program is growing steadily and we are very proud of our youngsters, so please take some time to visit them in person, or on these pages.
